We're super excited to announce several impactful new features that are now live for our merchants on Shopify and BigCommerce!
In-Portal Exchanges
Customers can now exchange for another variant or brand new product directly within the Frate portal. You can also incentivize them to choose an exchange with either a free return shipping or extra store credit.
The result? 42% increase in people choosing exchange/store credit over a cash refund.

New Analytics Page
We've improved our analytics page to give you the best insights on your return operations. The most notable improvement here is to track your distribution of cash vs exchanges vs store credit, so you know if your incentives are working and if you need to take action. Further, we're now showing how many shipments and reduced waste P2P returns have attributed to.
Store Credit Incentives
You can now incentivize customers to choose store credit over a cash refund, if they don't choose to exchange all of their items. This is a last ditch effort to retain more cash instead of handing out refunds. This incentive can either be a set dollar amount, a % discount code, or free returns.
Multi-Label Returns
You can now create multiple labels for one single return. For example, if you ship out two bulky items and they need to be returned in separate packages, the customer only has to submit one return request and we will send them two labels.

Label-Free QR Codes
We found having to print a return label is the #1 factor as to why customers take days to return their item after receiving their label via email. Now customers can just show their QR code to a USPS and Royal Mail clerk, and they will print out their label for them.
The result? 3x reduction in time from return request to drop off.
